Terms and Conditions of the E-shop officecatering.zatisigroup.cz
The operator of the e-shop is Fresh & Tasty by Zátiší s.r.o., with its registered office at Novotného lávka 5, 150 00 Prague 1, ID No.: 26154641, VAT No.: CZ26154641 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

The subject of trade in the e-shop consists of products offered by the Seller and divided into relevant categories. Delivery and payment terms are determined according to individual product categories.
The prices of products offered in the e-shop are valid at the time of ordering and are included in the order confirmation received by each customer after completing and submitting the order. Prices are listed in CZK excluding VAT. The total order price also includes any delivery costs.
Order
By submitting a properly completed order and its confirmation by the Seller, a purchase agreement is concluded between the parties.
Changes and Cancellation of Orders
Customers may change or cancel a submitted order within 30 minutes after submission, either by phone or by email using the contact details listed above.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order or part of it if the raw materials required for the production of the products are currently unavailable. If this occurs, the Seller will immediately contact the customer to agree on further steps.
If the customer has already paid part or the full purchase price, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.
Ownership Rights
The Seller retains ownership of the products until the full purchase price has been paid.
A receipt, invoice, or proof of payment issued based on the purchase agreement serves simultaneously as a tax document.
Delivery Terms
When placing an order, the customer selects the preferred delivery or pickup option.
Available options include:

Delivery to a selected location (Seller’s own transport, Liftago courier service, Wolt)

Right of Withdrawal / Return of Goods
Products offered in the Seller’s e-shop are food items with a limited shelf life.
The expiration date is until the end of the day following the day of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the packaging.
Products must be stored at 0–6 °C.
Due to the nature of these products, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Complaints
Upon receiving the delivery, the customer must check the quantity and visual quality of the products.
By paying the purchase price during personal pickup or by signing the delivery document, the customer confirms that the shipment was received without visible defects and in the stated quantity.
Later complaints regarding quantity or visible defects will not be considered.
If the customer wishes to report hidden defects that were not visible upon delivery, the complaint must be submitted immediately, no later than 24 hours after receipt of the delivery.

If the complaint is accepted, it will be resolved according to an agreement between the customer and the Seller, either by:

The place and date of settlement will be agreed individually.
Warranty Period
Products offered in the e-shop are food products.
Their shelf life is until the end of the day following delivery, unless otherwise stated on the packaging.
Products must be stored at 0–6 °C.
Personal Data Protection
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll.
By providing personal data during registration, the customer/visitor agrees that the Seller may process and use the data for internal and marketing purposes.
These data will not be provided to third parties without prior written consent.
In accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., the customer agrees to receive informational emails from the online store.
Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply in the wording published on the Seller’s website on the date the electronic order is submitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
By submitting an electronic order, the customer unconditionally accepts all provisions of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the purchase price valid on the date of order submission, unless otherwise demonstrably agreed.
By submitting an order (concluding a purchase agreement), the customer is irrevocably bound by the order for the period specified for delivery.
The parties explicitly agree, pursuant to Section 262(1) of the Czech Commercial Code, that unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, their rights and obligations shall be governed by the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic, particularly Section 409 and subsequent provisions.
Validity of the Terms and Conditions:
From the date of issue until the issuance of a new version.
